Delivery
Our delivery charges & terms relate to mainland U.K only with the exception of the Scottish highlands. We are able to ship to other areas but we will need to quote for this. We aim to deliver all goods within 2-5 days, however if for any reason we are unable to meet this time, Avon Services agree to inform the consumer and with their permission arrange another date for delivery. If this is not convenient to the consumer then Avon Services agree to refund the consumer in full. Carriage charges, where applicable, will be clearly stated before your order is processed & before any payment is taken from your credit/debit card.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are unused and in a resaleable condition, you would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us (at least £20.00 per order or at your cost).
If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Avon Services. We will refund your credit card within 5 days of the goods being returned to us.
This section has been introduced to incorporate the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protecion (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry website.

Avon Services are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
* when you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.
* we also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
* we personalise your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations about the products that might be of interest to you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.
How does Avon Services protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server using full 128-bit encryption. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
What about "cookies"?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as fast-track shopping and to store items in your Shopping Basket between visits.
Will Avon Services disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Avon Services does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services. General
Access to the Materials may not be legal in certain countries. This Agreement is governed by the internal and substantive laws of England and Wales o its conflict of laws principles. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such terms or any other terms.
Contracts
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Consumer Law
We agree to meet the obligations set out under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:
* the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
* the supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
* the Consumer Credit Act 1974;
* the Trade Descriptions Act 1968;
* the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999; and
* the Consumer Protection Act. 1987.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to any law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if said provision never existed.
Termination
The Company and the Service Provider possess the right to terminate you ability to access the Site for any reason, without notice.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are solely responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not do the following: post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the owner or have express permission of the copyright owner, post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have express permission of the owner, post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others, post any material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or embarrassing to another user or any person or entity, post a sexually explicit image, post advertisements, any posting that interrupts or runs contrary to the purpose of the Forum, solicit for business without permission, post chain letters or pyramid schemes, post solicitations for charitable religious, social, or political organisations or impersonate another person. Complaints
Any complaints by the consumer will be dealt with in a fair, effective and confidential manner. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and Avon Services agree to provide a likely timescale to resolve the dispute and keep the consumer informed about progress.
