Unsure if you need a floor scrubber or floor polisher? Floors that are greasy or very dirty generally need scrubbing with a slow speed (150-230rpm) machine fitted with a green pad or scrubbing brush - dirt is scrubbed up into a slurry which is then mopped or vacuumed away. If the floor has lighter dirt such as footprints or the odd spillage then this can be buffed away using blue & red pads underneath a floor polisher/buffer. A spray maintenance product called buffalo shine is lightly sprayed onto the floor & the dirt goes up into the pad & the floor is left with a sheen.
